Cold Chain Live! is our biggest annual event, bringing together senior executives, business owners and key suppliers from across the temperature controlled supply chain. More than 400 attendees join us each year, making it the must attend conference for anyone working in or supporting the cold chain.
For 2026 our theme is The Future of the Cold Chain. Over two days we will explore the trends, technologies and challenges shaping the next decade for temperature controlled logistics, storage and distribution.

Cold Chain Live! offers a packed programme of main stage content, breakout sessions, innovation showcases and networking opportunities.
This year’s theme, The Future of the Cold Chain, will explore topics such as:

EXHIBITION
Our exhibition continues to expand and will once again bring together more than 40 leading suppliers and innovators. Visitors can explore vehicles, trailers, refrigeration systems, software, storage solutions and the latest equipment used throughout the cold chain.
It is the ideal opportunity to see new products, compare technologies and meet suppliers face to face.
GALA DINNER
Tuesday 13 October
At the end of day one, join us for the Cold Chain Live! Gala Dinner. Enjoy welcome drinks followed by a relaxed three course dinner with table drinks provided. It is a great opportunity to continue discussions from the day and build new connections in a friendly, informal setting.
TICKETS
Cold Chain Federation members receive two free tickets to the conference.
